All couriers are already working at capacity, and we’re hearing that delivery times are starting to extend so please don’t leave it to the last minute to order. The Osmology team is very small, and while we will happily work through the night to get orders out on time, we may have to stop new orders if the volume becomes too high. And on top of that, there is a candle shortage this year due to factory closures across the world.
How To Minimise Delivery Issues
- Let us know your safe place just in case you aren’t in when the courier arrives.
- If you are buying a gift, let the recipient know to look out for the delivery.
- Order in plenty of time.
- If you spot an issue with your delivery, let us know as soon as possible so we can try and rectify the situation.
- Please double-check the delivery address – we can’t be held responsible for any missing orders if the address is incorrect.
