We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. We reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.

PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers are valid when used online at www.osmology.co and will allow money off, free samples, free gifts or free delivery when you order from Osmology. Offers may require the use of specific codes to be entered during the checkout process. Codes are valid for a set length of time. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Offers may be limited to one use per customer. Discounts may not be redeemed against sale items, or any other discounted items. Discounts will not be applied retroactively. Codes are non-transferrable and can only be redeemed once.

WELCOME TO THE NEWSLETTER – 10% DISCOUNT

New customers receive a 10% discount code when they register for the Osmology newsletter. The discount is for 10% off full price product only. Sale items are not eligible for further discount. The discount code is e-mailed to you as part of your confirmation for registering for the newsletter. The discount code is only valid for 1 transaction. Discount codes must be applied on either the cart or checkout pages. Discounts will not be applied retroactively. Discount does not apply to the cost of postage. Osmology reserves the right to end this promotion at any time. Existing customers, registered to the newsletter, are not eligible for this discount as they benefit from the regular promotions we run exclusively for them. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other code, offer or promotion.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is available to UK addresses on qualifying carts totalling £50 or more, or with the use of a coupon. Free express shipping is available to UK addresses on qualifying carts totalling £100 or more. We can’t at this time offer free shipping on orders outside of the United Kingdom due to the high cost of international postage. Free shipping discount codes must be applied on either the cart or checkout pages. Free shipping will not be applied retroactively. Osmology reserves the right to end free shipping promotions at any time.

FREE GIFTS

Available free gifts are displayed on the Offers Page. If your cart contents are valid, an option to add the free gift to your order will be displayed on the cart page. Free gifts will not be applied retroactively. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer or promotion. One gift per customer, while stocks last.

DISCOUNTS & RETURNS

Returned items causing the order total to be ineligible for the original discount applied, will result in a recalculated order amount at the new discount.

SECTION 22 – GIFT CARDS

GIFT VOUCHERS

Osmology gift vouchers are available to purchase online and can be topped up with any value up to £500.

1. Osmology gift vouchers are available to purchase online. The minimum amount you can purchase on an Osmology gift voucher (including any top-up) is £10, and the maximum is £500.
2. Osmology gift vouchers can only be redeemed online via the Osmology website.
3. If you make a purchase using your Osmology gift voucher, the cost of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the voucher. If you do not spend the entire balance on the voucher, the remaining balance will be updated and may be applied to future purchases. You may purchase goods and services of a higher price than the amount on the voucher, on payment of the difference.
4. Osmology gift vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the point of purchase. If you do not spend the full value of your gift voucher within its validity period, any remaining balance will be forfeited and removed from the voucher.
